As part of its initial benchmarking and planning activities related to the CHC Initiative,
Pfizer worked with internationally recognized research firm RoperASW to obtain front-line
perspective and attitudes about health literacy from 666 patients, 150 primary care
physicians, and 151 pharmacists.
